LadyLuckz currently makes its services available only in the United States and restricts access in certain states. The restricted states include Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Utah, Washington, and West Virginia. The operator may restrict access in additional jurisdictions or change availability as required.

Do not register or participate if you are underage, located in a restricted jurisdiction, or otherwise ineligible under applicable rules.

Account registration

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account and keep it updated. Your account must be registered in your own name, and the name and other details you provide must match your verification documents.

Only one account per player is permitted. LadyLuckz may limit registrations from a shared IP address or apply other reasonable account controls. Do not create another account to get around a restriction, account closure, self-exclusion, or promotion limit.

Virtual currencies and gameplay

Gold Coins (GC) are used for standard social casino gameplay. They have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for government-issued currency. GC may be provided free through account rewards, gameplay, and promotions, or purchased using USD or supported payment methods.

Sweeps Coins (SC) are used for Sweepstakes Play and cannot be purchased directly. They may be offered through registration or login rewards, promotions, contests, qualifying Gold Coin purchases, social media activities, or the alternative method of entry. Specific offers may have their own eligibility and participation rules.

Eligible SC gameplay winnings may be redeemable for prizes after applicable requirements are met. The published sweepstakes rules state that one qualifying SC has a prize value of $1 USD. This does not make GC redeemable or give GC a cash value. Review the applicable Sweepstakes Rules for full entry, playthrough, eligibility, and redemption conditions.

Deposits, purchases, and prize redemptions

Payment options, transaction limits, processing times, and availability may vary by location and account. Gold Coin purchases may be offered in USD or through supported cryptocurrency payment options, including Bitcoin, and payment options such as PayPal where available. Use only the methods shown in your account or at checkout.

The payment method must belong to you and match the name on your LadyLuckz account. Purchases are generally credited after confirmation, but external payment or technical issues may cause delays. A purchase may appear on a statement under the name GB SWEEPS LTD. Confirmation may be shown on screen or sent by email.

A chargeback or reversed payment may lead to a transaction review, account restrictions, cancellation of pending prize redemptions, or a requirement to repay amounts owed. LadyLuckz may review withdrawal or prize redemption requests before approval and may conduct reasonable security, identity, payment, or fraud checks.

SC redemption is subject to the official rules. Generally, SC obtained through available methods must be played at least once in eligible Sweepstakes Games before becoming redeemable. The rules provide for one redemption request every 48 hours and allow processing to take up to 10 days. Requests over $600 may take longer because of bank clearance or additional checks, and larger payments may be made in installments. LadyLuckz may apply a daily redemption limit of $3,000. Florida residents are subject to a $5,000 maximum redeemable amount from a single spin or play round under the published rules.

Prize payments are made only after required verification and are authorized to a bank account held in the verified player’s name. The operator may request payment method confirmation, source-of-funds information, or other documents. Joint accounts may require verification of the other account holder.

Bonuses, rewards, and promotions

Promotional offers, including free SC, Gold Coin rewards, referral rewards, contests, and purchase-related offers, may have additional terms. These may set eligibility criteria, claim periods, playthrough requirements, game restrictions, maximum prize or withdrawal limits, or other conditions.

The amount and rules for a social media contest or other promotion will be stated in that offer. Review those details before participating. Promotions may not be combined unless their specific rules permit it, and LadyLuckz may correct or withdraw an offer when necessary to address an error or misuse.

Alternative method of entry

No purchase is required to participate in Sweepstakes Play. The published rules provide a mail-in alternative method of entry (AMOE) for 5 SC per valid request. You must have a registered and verified account, and each request requires your unique Player ID, which is used once and may not be shared.

A valid request must meet the current Sweepstakes Rules, including the requirements for a handwritten request card and declaration, one request card per stamped #10 outer envelope, your registered email address and return address, and a postmark from the state matching your verified account address. The rules require the request to be received within 60 days of the Player ID being generated.

Game availability and service access

LadyLuckz aims to make its games and services available, but access may vary by location, device, maintenance needs, software changes, or technical conditions. Some games, payment options, promotions, and features may be added, changed, suspended, or removed.

The platform may rely on game studios and other service providers. Their services are subject to their own availability and operational limits.

Fair use and prohibited conduct

Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and any applicable promotion rules. You may not:

• Commit fraud, collude with other players, abuse chargebacks, or misuse bonuses or promotions.

• Share your account or allow another person to use it.

Account restrictions and closure

If LadyLuckz reasonably believes that a rule has been broken, verification is incomplete, or misuse has occurred, it may refuse a transaction, restrict platform access, suspend a promotion, pause a transaction for review, or suspend or close an account. The operator may also take these measures where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

Accounts inactive for 60 days or more may be closed under the published rules. GC may expire after 60 consecutive days without qualifying gameplay activity, and SC may expire after 60 consecutive days without SC gameplay activity. Closing an account may result in the loss of remaining virtual currency, subject to applicable rules and law. Errors and technical issues

Technical or display errors may occasionally affect balances, purchases, promotions, game results, or sessions. If an obvious error or malfunction occurs, LadyLuckz may correct it and address its effects in a fair and reasonable manner, consistent with the applicable game and sweepstakes rules. Contact support if a balance or transaction does not appear correct.

Responsible play and player protection

Treat social casino play as entertainment, not as a way to earn income. LadyLuckz may provide account limits, breaks, or self-exclusion options. Break periods may include 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 2 months, or 3 months; self-exclusion options may include 6 months, 1 year, or an indefinite period.

During self-exclusion, account access, gameplay, purchases, prize redemptions, and marketing communications may be restricted. Indefinite self-exclusion has a minimum period of at least 6 months before reactivation may be considered, and a return-to-play review may be required. Use the available controls or contact support if you need help taking a break.

Intellectual property

The website’s branding, design, text, software elements, and original materials belong to LadyLuckz or its licensors. You may use the platform for personal purposes only. Do not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit site materials without prior permission.
